
Dr David Liknaitzky heads up spiritatwork. Depending on the nature and scale of assignments, he engages other skilled and trusted professional consultants working in the field. David has worked for many years as an independent consultant in individual, team and organisation development. As such, he has undertaken numerous consulting projects in organisations across a wide range of industries. Many of these assignments were in the context of company-wide change processes, involving development, transformation and change on all levels of the organisation. He has worked in Australia, South Africa, the UK and Brazil, and has extensive hands-on experience in working in a multi-cultural society undergoing fundamental transition. David has a Master of Arts in Professional and Applied Ethics and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
David is a professional facilitator, focusing on Leadership Development, Strategic Change Management, Team and Individual Development, Career Transition and design and facilitation of Learning Journeys. David has also worked in inner-city and community development and founded the Youth Empowerment Network, a non-profit organisation, which, from 1998 to 2012, provided empowerment programs for marginalised youth. Programs were conducted in three countries. In recognition of his work as a social entrepreneur, David was elected as a Fellow of Ashoka: Innovators for the Public in 2000.
