How we work

At an informal meeting, we discuss your needs and expectations, and decide whether spiritatwork can beneficially be of service to your organisation. We want to hear what your questions are and how you define organisation success. What is the value that you want to add to your organisation?

We work with you to achieve an objective assessment of your organisation’s strengths and weaknesses, needs and challenges, opportunities and threats and vision for the future, as the basis for holistic organisation development. Our primary approach is to design customised interventions to meet your specific needs most effectively.

Our approach to consulting, facilitating and coaching includes a unique mix of experiential learning techniques, groupwork, Learning Journeys, and the use of creative and artistic media, where appropriate. We respect, and build on, the knowledge and creativity in the organisation. Our aim is to establish an ongoing partnership with you, walking alongside you and jointly agreeing the path forward at every step of the way, to ensure sustainable development of your organisation. Having said that, we also aim to make ourselves redundant as quickly as possible, by developing capacity and transferring skills within your organisation, wherever possible.
